We believe in gradual progress and will tailor a plan that fits you best. If making drastic changes is challenging, that’s okay. We can start by focusing on specific aspects of your diet, such as increasing protein or water intake, and gradually build from there.
To ensure individualization, we’ll have you maintain a food diary to track what you eat and when. This allows us to identify what works best for you and make necessary adjustments to your diet plan. Our goal is to support you in achieving sustainable and enjoyable healthy eating habits that align with your lifestyle.
Treatments options
In cases where diet and exercise alone may not be sufficient for achieving weight loss goals, we may recommend incorporating medication to support your efforts. The primary type of medication we use is appetite suppressants, which work by reducing hunger and helping you avoid overeating.
There are two main categories of appetite suppression medications: stimulants and non-stimulants. Stimulants increase brain activity to curb hunger. Some common stimulant medications we prescribe include, topiramate extended-release (Qsymia), Phendimetrazine, Orlistat (Lipase inhibitor), Diethylpropion (Tenuate), and Vyvanse.
Non-stimulant options we commonly prescribe include Liraglutide (Saxenda) and Semaglutide (Wegovy). Additionally, we may recommend medications that combine Naltrexone and bupropion extended-release (Contrave) for appetite suppression.
For breakthrough medical weight loss injections, we offer FDA-approved options such as Ozembic/Wegovy (Semaglutide 2.64mg/ml) injections, Vitamin B12 0.5mg/ml injections, and L-Carnitine 100mg/ml injections.
